The Ripple Effect: Leadership Psychology Program

Self-Paced Online Only Leadership Program

Leadership success is made up of 20% skill & 80% psychology

"Knowing how to lead people is one step, but understanding the psychology behind how and why people behave the way they do allows you to set up an environment where people lead themselves." ~ Niomi Hurley

This program is available as an online self paced program via an online learning portal. Content will be made available to you at regular intervals to compliment the pacing of the program, however you are able to access these in your own time and at your own pace.

This program has been designed to create curiosity about self within each of the modules. It is less about what you need to do as a leader and more about who you can become in order to serve as a great leader within each of the modules.

People often mistake management and supervision for leadership. A great leader is more of a guide in an environment where people are able to manage and supervise themselves while displaying desired behaviours because they want to, rather than being told that they have to.

If you are ready for a transformative leadership journey, then “The Ripple Effect: Leadership Psychology Program” is for you. This unique program, at the intersection of psychology and the subconscious, will unlock your true leadership potential and create a ripple effect of positive change around you.

By tapping into the mountains of research being conducted into social and behavioral psychology over the years, this program will give you information, hints, tips and tools on elements of leadership psychology and the subconscious mind that will allow you to better understand and influence the people around you, especially those in your team. It will also give a foundation of self exploration to see how and why you are behaving the way you do when faced with different personalities, situations and challenges within your leadership journey.

True leadership does not just come from leading a team of people effectively, it is about influencing at all levels and in all directions of the organisation, club or group you are involved in. It is about setting a standard that others aspire to and creating an environment that encourages them to get there.  Knowing yourself and how you can connect and influence people (even the ones you don’t like) is a key outcome that you will gain from this program.

This program has been designed for leaders at all levels. Those who are looking for self growth and development, those who have recently been promoted and also those who have long been in management and supervisor roles and just want to make their job easier by minimising the ‘people problems’ that they face day to day.

As a new employer, this program delivered! I know that this program will be instrumental in helping me create a safe, positive workplace for my employees. You will lean some very surprising insights into human behaviour, receive lots of helpful tools and tips to understand and influence people in your spheres and for those who love learning and growing - this is for you!

It felt like everything finally clicked for me. I have tried goal setting for years but thinking about the worst case scenario part made me feel like this time I can actually achieve my goals, as I am motivated not to live that scenario!

I took so many things away from the course. Overall, every little topic we needed to cover impacted me heavily in life. My work ethic has altered in a more positive, manageable way.

I’m really enjoying the Leadership Program and I wanted to reach out to thank you for the amazing content and the way you deliver the training. It’s certainly given me more tools to use in my role to manage a variety of different circumstances. As a side note, I’ve also been sharing some of your teachings with people in my team and they’re also finding it quite interesting and thought-provoking. Thanks a lot Nomes.

Putting names to things I was aware of but didn't necessarily know how to verbalise. I was conscious of a lot of what we spoke about but to have it put in context certainly helps. Understanding more about how to react to certain situations makes a difference too. I'd really like to go over the same coursework again in say 6 months to get the next level of understanding to stick in my brain.

This course has really resonated with me on many levels, both in the work environment and in my private life. I guess the biggest thing for me is the reassurance that we are all unique and have something to offer. Learning to work with peoples differances rather than against them.

Great Program. It cemented the knowledge previously gained and maybe hidden in the backbones of my mind. And gave additional tools for me moving forward.
