An Inspiration Interactive is a one-hour interactive online session that will cover a specific topic that falls within the Five F’s of growth and wellbeing:

- Family/Friends – where we explore the inner workings of individuals, giving us the tools to influence others and create meaningful and rewarding relationships with those around us
- Finances – where we explore money psychology and how our money mindset is holding us back from living an abundant life
- Fitness – where we explore who to maximise our physical bodies to provide us with the energy and health that we need to support our goals and dreams
- Faith – where we explore how to trust and tap into the universal energies that keep us aligned with our life purpose
